The team

A professional, specialist team at Banbury, led by the General Manager, acts as the operating arm of the Council. Its role is to encourage the exchange of information and experience among member schools, to maintain financial stability and to provide a range of specific services. The services provided are listed under "Membership Benefits".

Michael Porter (BA, MSc), as General Manager, has followed a career in financial services and management consultancy.

Alan Blowers (CPFA) brings substantial accounting expertise and experience of the university and local authority sectors.
