Structure
The operation of the Allied Schools organisation is governed by a Scheme of Management, which is registered with the Charity Commission. The Founder Members and Allied Schools Agency are all registered charities.
All Chairmen of Governors are full members of the Council and have a vote on all matters relating to them. (See also the less formal operating structure under Membership Benefits.)
Allied Schools Agency is the operating arm of the Council and is the provider of services to the Council and to the member schools.
